At the IT Helpdesk, you can send a message to a member of the IT Department for help with any IT issue. If you have already submitted a ticket, you may view the status of that ticket on the IT Support page. If the ticket is not present, you may check the Completed IT Help Requests to see the resolution to your request. You must log in below with your network credentials to access this information.

To start a new ticket, please make sure you are signed in and your address is displayed in the top, right-hand corner of this screen. If not, please log in below. Then, fill out the form on the IT Support tab describing your request. Please include your name in the summary. If you have a screen shot*, please attach it under optional attachment.

* To take a screen shot, hold ctrl and press the "print screen" button. Then, in "paint", paste (ctrl-v) the image to the paint program under Accessories. Save the file and you can upload it on the form below. (If you need help, call Jarrod and he can help)
